Recentemente uno dei nostri utenti ha segnalato un problema molto strano con la sua installazione. Durante la scrittura di un post, non riusciva a vedere nulla di ciò che stava scrivendo. Questo perché il testo dell'editor del post era bianco. Ancora più importante, tutti i pulsanti dell'editor visuale erano mancanti e la possibilità di passare da Visuale a HTML non funzionava. In questo articolo, ti mostreremo come risolvere il problema del testo bianco e dei pulsanti mancanti nell'editor visuale di WordPress.
Nota per i principianti: Se stai cercando pulsanti nascosti che potresti vedere negli screenshot di altri siti, allora probabilmente stai cercando il "Kitchen sink". Dovresti fare clic sull'icona del "Kitchen sink" per vedere queste altre opzioni come Sottolineato, Copia da Word, ecc.
Alcuni siti utilizzano anche il plugin TinyMCE Advanced per aggiungere vari altri pulsanti che non sono presenti di default.
Per il resto di voi che stanno effettivamente avendo un problema con pulsanti mancanti o testo bianco nell'editor visuale, continuate con questo tutorial.
Svuota la cache del browser
Dopo le nostre ricerche, abbiamo trovato utenti che suggerivano che svuotare la cache del browser aveva funzionato per loro. La prima cosa che dovresti provare a fare è svuotare la cache del browser o utilizzare un altro browser. Questo potrebbe molto bene essere un problema con il tuo computer.
Se questo non risolve il tuo problema, forse il problema è con la tua installazione?
Sostituzione degli script TinyMCE
Forse questo problema si è verificato dopo l'aggiornamento? Beh, è improbabile, ma forse qualcosa è andato storto nel processo di aggiornamento. Prova a sostituire la cartella /wp-includes/js/tinymce/ con una copia fresca.
Risolvi con wp-config
Se nessuno dei trucchi precedenti ha funzionato per te, allora apri il tuo file wp-config.php e aggiungi la seguente riga in cima, dopo il tag di apertura php.
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
Questo trucco ha risolto il problema per il nostro utente che ha segnalato questo problema. Ciao, ho risolto così:
1) Vai nella directory “/public_html/wp-includes/js” del tuo sito
2) CANCELLA la cartella “tinymce”
3) Entra nella dashboard di Wordpress e nell'angolo in alto a sinistra AGGIORNA E REINSTALLA la versione corrente

Marco, grazie mille per questo! Il tuo è l'unico hack che ha funzionato dopo che avevo provato quasi tutte le soluzioni suggerite che circolavano su varie pagine di aiuto. Avevo persino ispezionato il mio codice e altro, senza successo, ma cancellare la cartella tinymce e reinstallare Wordpress HA FUNZIONATO!

Every method tried nothing worked.. until I found the “.htaccess” file in my main website folder
not in the wp-includes folder and I deleted it. Not sure how it got there and it had been there a year but boom!, finally it worked.

NOTHING worked for me, so I decided to edit the editor css, which was stupid but I was desperate (and tired). When I was checking the path to css folder I realized it was in the theme of mine (custooooom). HOW SO? It appeared that it was coded in sass file of base theme I usually work with.
So, check as well if something isn’t wrong with your theme. For not experienced: right-click on the editor and “inspect element”. If css shows that the font color for the editor is #fff, hover cusor over css path and you will see the whole path to where it’s stated (chrome). Check if it’s not the theme issue.

I’m still served with white text on white background in visual mode, – and absolutely no buttons.
Everything worked just fine yesterday, – only change is upgrade WP from 4.3 to 4.4.
I have updated the whole tinymce-folder – no change.

Durante la configurazione di un sito web ho riscontrato questo problema dell'Editor Visuale / WYSIWYG / TinyMCE che non mostrava testo (testo bianco), non mostrava i pulsanti dell'editor e la modalità testo disabilitata...
In my case, the constant define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false) in the wp-config circumvented the problem but the culprit was in fact an .htaccess in wp-includes directory. I had put it there myself to prevent code execution but some security/firewall plugin might also create it…
After its removal the constant define is no longer needed nor recommended, it isn’t a long term solution and should only be used for debugging.

Thank you a thousand times. I knew when I started I was having an .htaccess problem but its been a minute since I’ve had any issues, that I forgot the reasons behind it. I removed the “.htaccess” file from the “wp-includes” folder. I didn’t break anything else in the process and the problem was solved. Super fast, super simple. Thank you.

I tried adding the code and it did not work. I added tiny mice plugin but no help there. I re-installed wordpress and no help. Uploaded a new tiny mice folder and no help.

Ho avuto problemi con Visual-Composer su un sito per un po'. Avevo trovato un modo per disattivare un paio di plugin traduttore, ma erano plugin traduttore a pagamento, quindi non potevo abbandonarlo.
Ho poi aggiornato il plugin WPJob Board e tutti i CV dal sito sono scomparsi. Ho provato il codice che hai suggerito senza aspettarmi che funzionasse per i CV, ma ha funzionato. Sono così grato.

Ho avuto lo stesso problema, ma nessuna delle soluzioni menzionate ha funzionato per me.
Disabilitando poi tutti i plugin uno per uno ho scoperto che il problema era con il plugin Visual Editor Custom Buttons, o, per essere precisi, io che trasferivo una copia del database su un altro sito tramite il file XML di Wordpress Importer.
Il processo ha duplicato tutti i pulsanti personalizzati che ho creato, ma ha mantenuto le loro intestazioni originali. Apparentemente, avere diverse copie identiche dei dati dei pulsanti ha causato un conflitto al plugin.
Dopo aver eliminato le copie extra delle impostazioni dei pulsanti, le righe dell'editor visivo sono tornate subito a posto.

Bene, ho lo stesso problema e quando ho provato a cambiare il comportamento di tinymce ho ricevuto un messaggio di qualcosa che doveva essere contrassegnato come rimosso, già rimosso come messaggio di errore nel mio WP e improvvisamente ha cambiato lo schermo. Dopo aver provato tutto l'immaginabile, anche il 'Concatena...', non sono riuscito a risolverlo! Quindi ho letto di altre opzioni e qualcuno che l'ha risolto sui forum di WP, quindi ho provato a installare CKEditor per WP (plugin) e ho ottenuto un nuovo editor... beh, ora è CKEditor ma ho di nuovo un editor. Non sono riuscito a capire qual è il problema e perché alcuni messaggi quando si cerca di disabilitare il tinymce bubling,,, beh, grazie.

Thanks Again! I use the same theme and plugins across several sites, and yet I only have problems with one site. I think some of it is the host, but difficult to confirm this.
The only thing that worked for me was adding the script in wp-config, though can’t understand why this would be needed since it isn’t for the other sites?

Adding the ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’ line worked great for me. Just to clarify the issue though, for me all uses with the role ‘Administrator’ were fine, but everything else could not interact with the edit box without getting the white text and unresponsive buttons. Thanks for the help!

After working on the theme, I suddenly had the same pb, I tried the different methods above and from the comments, nothing was working. Finally, I told myself that it must have something to do with one of my new plugins, but I have a lot of plugin and I didn’t wanted to desactivate all of them !
So I first tried with the recently uploaded ones, and it turns out that the plugin Simple Ads Manager is the guilty one ! (So bad, I really needed this one…) Hope that helps !
